The ARENA Network Carbon Reduction Program, delivered by ARENA Network—the environmental arm of Business in the Community—has
been established to assist small-to-medium-sized enterprises across Northern Ireland with their energy consumption. Increasingly, energy
costs are having a significant impact on the bottom line for many companies. In addition, the linkage between carbon emissions and climate
change indicates that reducing energy consumption is essential for saving the environment!
The ARENA Network Carbon Reduction Program will increase awareness of the issues around energy consumption and climate change.
The program will encourage participants to implement simple cost-saving measures and to develop a strategic approach to energy
management.
The ARENA Network Carbon Reduction Program is supported by the Carbon Trust Networks Programme, in association with Northern Ireland
Electricity and Firmus Energy.
